About the struggle

Last week we have performed at MICA  in SANKALP"2010................a play named "KHUDA HAAFIZ"
adopted from the story of  "GULZAR".

Two persons.......human beings......meet at a one definite point of their lives....where they are in struggle to live..not to live but to survive.....in this world where they are known from their caste....religion....not as a HUMAN.

Conflict which seems as a war.

It questions them what to believe.....what to do...whom can we trust???
This process obtain the question to audience...."What have we become???"

Why do people become so violent  towards these terms like castes religions???
Even they put their lives in danger. they are bigoted to loose their humanity.
Obligations of these kind of thoughts made this world murderous.

One is a Hindu and the other is a Muslim.

Simple characters.

Simple act.

They don't know each other...they fear each other...struggle with each other but they TRUST each other.
It's the way of  living.....which leads them to know they are from different castes.
They show the virtue.
They efforts to save their lives together. 

As an actor of this character...its Struggle inspires me to act.
It gives me the road which defines my struggle of existence.
It was simple to show the fear...the discomfort, But it was difficult to express fear with the ultimate FAITH....the belief of morality.
It was hard but it was tried.

And the last,
We are living in this modern era with all the difficulties which we have faced in Primitive era....But without that Humanness.

We are becoming less human.

All these stuff has told before me...but i am just trying to express the work which we are doing......which interests us.
